Spiritual maturity is not possible without emotional maturity.

Emotionally healthy spirituality helps us identify those emotions that affect the depth and growth in our faith. Recognizing and healing the unhealthy emotional pieces of ourselves invites God into the deepest parts of our being so that we can live out a Relevant Faith.

Inspired by Peter Scazzero's best-seller Emotionally Healthy Spirituality.
