The Power, the Play and the Purpose of Journaling

An interactive seminar that walks you through the purpose and the outcome of different journaling techniques.  You will leave knowing how to direct clients in journaling activities that specifically address the symptomatology they desrie to change.  This is excellent therapeutic intervention for clients who are highly motivated between sessions or who are exiting therapy and desire to maintain the health and wholeness they acquired on their own.
