Doors will open at 8:30 and coffee will be available! We will spend our day discussing the self-care topics of REST and BOUNDARIES. As women these are the two topics that when cultivated well enhance our emotional, mental, physical, and relational well-being. Conversely, it is the lack of REST and BOUNDARIES that tends to break down our relationships and our health more quickly than most other self-care issues. Come learn with us the benefit of taking care of ourselves so that we experience a happier and more fulfilled life. Your ticket will
