About the event
After more than a decade of research the effects of screens on our social, mental, emotional and relational well-being are alarming. This seminar will look at how we assess, educate and treat the symptoms that are directly related to gaming, social media, and the overuse of screens in our daily lives. In a world where technology is essential, it is imperative that mental health professionals are well versed in the resources and reccomendations for balanced and healthy use of technology. Come join us so that we can continue the discussion on how to save our children, educate parents, and RESET our systems so that we stop loving technology and using people and we get back to loving people and using technology.
