This seminar will teach relational dynamics and connection that decreases conflict. Anytime conflict is decreased in the home, workplace, or primary relationships then symptoms of depression and anxiety are also decreased. This session is excellent for anybody who wants to improve their relationships or teach others how to improve theirs.
